How to Void/Refund a Payment in Crown
The need for voiding and refunding does arise, and when it does Crown makes it extremely easy to manage.
- Locate the transaction in Crown.
- Click the three dots on the right side of the transaction. This opens a small action menu.
- Select Void (on transactions taken within 24 hours) or Refund (on transactions older than 24 hours, up to 180 days).
Note: Transactions older than 180 days require running a Non-Reference Refund to issue a refund. The steps to do that can be found here: https://kb.moolah.cc/en/article/non-reference-refunds
