Move Payment

Moving a payment from one patient to another.

If you have made a payment on the incorrect patient, please follow the steps below to move the payment.

Note:
Moving payments is available for Terminal and Virtual Terminal payments only.

  1. Locate the transaction, click the three dots under Action, and select Move Payment.

  2. Search for the patient to whom you'd like to move the payment, and click Search.
  3. Select the desired patient.
  4. Click the Move Payment button to complete the transfer.

Note:
Crown Connect will automatically transfer the payment details to your practice management system.
