Move Payment
Moving a payment from one patient to another.
If you have made a payment on the incorrect patient, please follow the steps below to move the payment.
Note:
Moving payments is available for Terminal and Virtual Terminal payments only.
- Locate the transaction, click the three dots under Action, and select Move Payment.
- Search for the patient to whom you'd like to move the payment, and click Search.
- Select the desired patient.
- Click the Move Payment button to complete the transfer.
Note:
Crown Connect will automatically transfer the payment details to your practice management system.
