Resend or reprint a receipt
If a customer needs another copy of a previous receipt, you can reprint or resend a digital copy from your web browser or smart terminal.
Web Browser
- Go to the Dashboard where you manage your GoDaddy Poynt account.
- Select Transactions.
- Find and click the View Receipt.
- Choose from the following options:
- Print Receipt: Select the Print button to print the receipt details on your local printer.
- Email: Enter the customer’s email address and tap Send to email them a receipt.
- Send Text: Enter the customer's mobile number and tap Send to send an SMS message with a link to their receipt.
Smart Terminal
- From the smart terminal home screen, click the Transactions tab.
- Use the filter or search fields to locate the transaction in your history.
- Click on the transaction.
- From the transaction details, click on the receipt link located underneath the transaction amount.
- Choose form the following options:
- Print Receipt: Print a new paper copy of the receipt.
- Email: Enter the customer’s email address and tap Send to email them a receipt.
- Send Text: Enter the customer's mobile number and tap Send to send an SMS message with a link to their receipt.
